We know where
the food comes from.

Every week we get fresh supplies straight from Farmers & Company — a regenerative and organic farm outside Vilnius in Lithuania, founded by the Danish entrepreneur Niels Peter Pretzmann.

Organic farming, Michelin restaurants, a food market, butchery, bakery and wine bar — all rooted in the vision of making a difference for a food system that is broken in many ways. Farmers & Company is recognised among the Top 50 Farmers globally.

Always organic meat

All the meat in the hot dish is 100% organic. No exceptions. That is many thousands of kilos of meat every year, and many animals that get a better life.

Every week we receive fresh supplies from Farmers & Company — a regenerative, organic farm outside Vilnius, recognised among the Top 50 Farmers globally.

Greens as a craving

Around half of our guests eat plant-based every day. Not as a compromise, but because our chefs design menus where the green option is the most tempting.

We deliver ourselves

We drive electric and deliver ourselves. Because we know the roundabout on the route, the code to the door and the best parking spots. It makes us faster, greener and much nicer to wait for.
